Key Duties

  • Post supplier invoices and raise payments on Oracle
  • Audit expense claims & reconcile on Oracle
  • File HQ purchase ledger invoices
  • Process customer credit card payments
  • Reconcile HQ company credit cards and process on Oracle
  • Pay congestion charge, penalty notices and other related items
  • Update Dart Charge, TFL, etc. – add or remove vehicles as needed
  • Cover in the absence of the Accounts Assistant
  • Assist the Finance Manager during the yearly financial audit

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn and work with our in‑house computer systems (full training provided)
  • Experience with Oracle is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team player, proactive and forward‑thinking mindset

Hours: Office based – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Location: Colney Heath, England, United Kingdom. Head office near St Albans.
