Bartlett Park Garage Ltd in Chard is seeking an experienced workshop manager to lead our busy automotive repair centre. This is a full-time position focused on running the workshop rather than hands-on work.
You will oversee a team of 6 mechanics, 1 MOT tester and 1 apprentice, coordinating job allocation, workflow, quality control and compliance. You’ll work closely with admin for customer communication while providing technical oversight and sign-off as needed.
