Bartlett Mitchell is seeking a capable Sous Chef to join our BM Caterers team on a fixed 6-month contract in London. You’ll produce high-standard food within time and financial targets, and step into Head Chef’s shoes when required.
You’ll research ideas, plan menus, and contribute to all areas of food production while promoting team spirit, culture and continuous learning. Two years’ experience and relevant qualifications are required.
