We’re a multi-award-winning contract catering company with a team of trained foodies serving over 45,500 satisfied customers every day. We now have an exciting opportunity for an Events Manager to join our team. This role is Monday to Friday, predominantly evening shifts. From high-profile events and functions to corporate meetings, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer experience is exceptional.

In this hands-on and customer-focused position, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a visible and accessible presence for the coordination of all elements related to event and function management
  • Meeting with hosts to gather all necessary information to plan and deliver events effectively
  • Building strong working relationships with internal teams and clients regularly involved in event organisation
  • Liaising effectively with all individuals and departments to ensure that all event requirements are authorised, communicated, and delivered seamlessly
  • Being present at and overseeing or assisting with events as required
  • Supporting the costing, administration, and invoicing of functions
  • Organising and chairing monthly function planning and review meetings, as well as attending weekly FOH meetings

Ideally, you will bring strong planning, organisational, and management skills appropriate to the level of responsibility. Experience in a high-quality, demanding, customer-focused environment—such as a 5-star hotel—would be highly advantageous. A solid understanding of Health and Safety requirements specific to event and function management is essential. You will hold an A Level or equivalent qualification and be expected to familiarise yourself with our company manuals to build a thorough working knowledge of our products and services.
