Bartlett-Mitchell is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / General Assistant for our National Grid Substation site in Waltham Cross, Essex.
This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday and centers on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced catering environment.
You will monitor counters and chillers, ensure cleanliness and presentation, perform till transactions, and engage with customers to meet their needs while upholding food safety standards.
