This is a barista position with additional catering assistant duties as required by business needs. Shifts are available Monday to Friday, and flexibility is required to support units across zones 1 to 3.

- Manage the customer queue during busy periods and assist customers with dietary or food allergy considerations.
- Deliver high standards of customer service by engaging with customers from arrival at the counter through departure.
- Handle cash transactions and operate tills confidently.
- Support merchandising and stock rotation to ensure tempting food is available throughout the day.
- Participate in training and development to grow within the role.
