This is a management role responsible for the operation of the contract, liaising with the client to ensure all customers enjoy the food and service at the site. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating your team.

You will manage the budget, complete weekly reports and stock counts, and ensure that you and your team meet GP and budget targets each week. This requires good planning and organizational skills, in-depth knowledge of contract catering for accurate forecasting, and a drive to deliver innovative food and service daily—something that sets Bartlett Mitchell apart from other caterers.

You should be a great manager and chef, capable of producing outstanding, seasonal, balanced, and nutritious menus inspired by the ingredients you work with.

Participation in our learning culture is important. You will attend forums and Academy workshops to stay updated on food innovation. Regular interaction with customers is expected to measure success, gain inspiration, and maximize sales through our concepts and innovations.

Qualifications should include at least a City & Guilds 706 1 and 2, NVQ, or equivalent skills and experience, along with a Level 3 Food Safety qualification and Level 2 Health & Safety. You must have a thorough knowledge of Food Safety Management System requirements and COSHH.
