We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join BM Caterers and support the successful delivery of our catering operations across London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, people-focused hospitality leader who can build strong client relationships, support site teams, drive standards and help deliver outstanding food, service and commercial performance. You’ll be working closely with our operational teams, clients and support functions to ensure our sites are well supported, consistently high-performing and aligned with BM’s values and standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the day-to-day operational management of catering sites across London
  • Building strong relationships with clients, site teams and key stakeholders
  • Driving high standards of food, service, hospitality and customer experience
  • Supporting managers with team performance, communication, training and development
  • Monitoring financial performance, budgets, sales opportunities and cost controls
  • Ensuring compliance with BM standards, company policies and operational procedures
  • Supporting mobilisation, innovation and the delivery of BM concepts on site
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service, client satisfaction and team engagement
  • Leading by example and creating a positive, professional and supportive culture

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in hospitality, contract catering or multi-site operations management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, coach and motivate teams
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Good commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and financial targets
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
