bartlett mitchell is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support our catering operations across Zones 1 to 3 in London. You’ll produce and develop high standards of food within time and financial targets, stepping in for the Head Chef when required.
You’ll drive menu planning, explore new trends and contribute to all aspects of food production. Strong communication and team spirit are essential, as is a commitment to training and continuous learning through workshops.
