Job Overview
This is an exciting Supervisor role to work Monday to Friday, 4PM-8PM (20 hours per week).
We are a multi award-winning contract catering company serving over 45,500 customers daily.
Responsibilities
Ensure consistent high standards of customer service and proactive customer interaction.
Follow appropriate procedures and instructions.
Contribute to a positive team working environment and help exceed client and company goals.
Maximise team performance through training, motivation and engagement.
Listen carefully, take instructions, and communicate confidently while adhering to an organised plan and procedures.
Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications
- Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates (or equivalent).
- No other formal qualifications required; expected to read company manuals to gain thorough understanding of products and services.
- Willingness to support training and development to achieve career goals.
