We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.

Details of the Position Event based hours (late finishes) Monday to Friday Strong communication skill Experience in quoting events Experience working with CPU Hands on manager to support events This role will see you manage and monitor all areas of service and standards in a dynamic business environment, from stock levels to team performance.

You’ll be on the lookout for opportunities to minimise costs and maximise sales, and assist with financial monitoring to ensure budgetary targets are achieved.

You recognise communication is key, and meet regularly with your client and your team to ensure clear goals are set, feedback sought and ideas shared.

You’re customer‑focused – regularly engaging with customers to gain feedback and making changes to maintain maximum satisfaction.

Whether attending craft events, forums, or implementing our concepts and innovations within the business – you’re inspired and passionate about food and an enthusiastic and confident team leader committed to the development of your team, yourself and the company.

You’ll be educated to Hospitality Diploma level, NVQ or equivalent, with Food Safety and Health and Safety at Level 2, and understand the importance of accurate reporting.

Some experience of hands‑on food preparation and team leadership would be a definite plus.
