You’ll deliver a culinary showcase to the highest standards, plan well‑costed menus, monitor stock levels and lead a kitchen team with clear communication and customer focus.
Two years’ experience in a similar operation and qualifications to C&G 1 & 2 or NVQ are required, with opportunities for ongoing development and plated dining excellence.
