We’re a multi award-winning contract catering company, with a team of trained foodies serving over 45,500 satisfied customers every day. We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our team.
This is a Chef Manager to work Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). Ideal start date from 23/02/26.
ResponsibilitiesAs a manager you will be responsible for running the contract, liaising with the client to ensure customers enjoy the food and service at site, recruiting, training and motivating your team. You will also manage the budget, complete weekly reports and stock counts, and ensure GP and budgets are achieved every week. You will deliver innovative food and service, set high hygiene and food safety standards, brief and support your team to bring our foodies values to the site, and interact with customers to measure success, gain inspiration and maximise sales. You will attend our forums and Academy workshops to stay up‑to‑date with food innovation.
QualificationsIdeally you will have a City & Guilds 706 1 and 2, NVQ or equivalent, a Food Safety qualification Level 3 minimum with Health Safety Level 2, experience in contract catering, and an excellent knowledge of Food Safety Management System requirements as well as COSHH.
