Executive Chef - CPU

We’re a multi award‑winning contract catering company, with a team of trained foodies serving over 45,500 satisfied customers every day. We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team.

Responsibilities

Your daily role includes leading the team that creates amazing food for international delegates and dignitaries from across the world, running our London‑based CPU team of chefs, ensuring standards are met or exceeded and collaborating with the site team to keep food innovation firmly on the agenda while achieving excellent GP. You will work with the General Manager to build and maintain strong relationships between our company’s food culture and the goals of our client, attend forums and lead craft workshops, and provide strong leadership and coaching to keep standards and performance at the highest level. You’ll interact regularly with customers to measure success, gain inspiration for new ideas, and maximize sales with our concepts and innovations. Location: Millbank, London SW1P 4RG

Qualifications

Education: City & Guilds 706 1 and 2, NVQ or equivalent; preferably a Food Safety qualification at Level 3, plus Health & Safety at Level 2. Knowledge of Food Safety Management System requirements and COSHH is also required, along with broad experience gained across multiple client sites.
