Bartlett Mitchell is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead the contract site, liaise with the client, and ensure top standards of food quality and service.

You will recruit, train and motivate your team, drive spectacular menus, and uphold hygiene, safety and COSHH requirements.

You will manage the budget, complete weekly reports and stock counts, forecast accurately, and strive to achieve GP and budgets.
