We currently have opportunities to join our established claims department, handling a variety of claims at different levels. Our team is made up of experienced professionals, and while we’re actively looking for a Senior Claims Handler (preferably with a broking background), we’re also open to candidates with different levels of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and provide claims excellence.
  • Manage claims from notification to settlement, including insurer negotiations.
  • Coordinate proactive claims review meetings with clients and insurers.
  • Produce claims reports to support data analysis and risk management.
  • Ensure reserves and insurer performance are aligned with delivering the best possible claims experience for clients.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in claims handling, with strong technical knowledge.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence.
