We are looking for a Credit Insurance Account Handler to join our team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within our highly experienced Credit Insurance Team, providing essential support across client accounts and new business.
Location: Leeds Office (with flexibility for home working)

The Role
As a Credit Insurance Account Handler, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Credit Insurance Account Executives and clients. You’ll work across a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing account handling support across Account Executive portfolios and new business
- Maintaining and updating client and policy records
- Distributing renewal correspondence within set timeframes
- Issuing policy reminders to clients in conjunction with Account Handlers and Executives
- Handling insurer online portals proficiently and providing assistance where required
- Managing ad-hoc administrative tasks and project work to ensure smooth business operations
- Working towards full Account Handler status within an agreed timeframe
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised, and eager to develop their career in Credit Insurance. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a Credit Insurance or related role
- Technical knowledge of insurance products and policies
- A solid understanding of FCA regulations (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A commitment to professional development and learning
