We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our expanding team. We are an award-winning & totally unique Estate that offers high level, rosette standard food for both weddings & private events, in addition to our own social events where we pride ourselves on providing the very best experiences. We have three kitchens including our outdoor kitchen, and are looking for enthusiastic chefs to join our team as we develop new menus, dining experiences and our new workspaces.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Take pride in what they do and always strive to produce the best quality food.
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills with a clean workspace mindset.
  • Have the desire to learn new things and develop your own skillset whilst contributing to the team.
  • Have fun cooking and love their job and be a sociable chef who likes working in a small team.

Requirements for the position:

  • At least 2 years at minimum CDP level is essential.
  • A desire to learn and develop a must.
  • Flexibility with working hours, essential that you are available weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
  • Due to our location a full driving license is recommended.

Full time, permanent role. A work life balance is really important to us and we ensure a maximum of 45 hours per week with rota based shifts. Weekend and some evening work will be required.
