We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our expanding team. We are an award-winning & totally unique Estate that offers high level, rosette standard food for both weddings & private events, in addition to our own social events where we pride ourselves on providing the very best experiences.
The ideal candidate should:
- Take pride in what they do and always strive to produce the best quality food.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills with a clean workspace mindset.
- Have the desire to learn new things and develop your own skillset whilst contributing to the team.
- Have fun cooking and love their job and be a sociable chef who likes working in a small team.
Requirements for the position:
- At least 2 years at minimum CDP level is essential. A desire to learn and develop a must.
- Flexibility with working hours, essential that you are available weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
- Due to our location a full driving license is recommended.
- Full time, permanent role. A work life balance is really important to us and we ensure a maximum of 45 hours per week with rota based shifts. Weekend and some evening work will be required.
