Overview
Are you an organised, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering excellent service and supporting sales growth? As a Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our farming customers, providing a responsive and professional service while converting enquiries into confirmed sales orders. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is at the heart of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Convert customer enquiries into sales orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Process and manage sales orders accurately using Dynamics 365.
- Maintain customer records and complete sales administration efficiently.
- Develop knowledge of Feed products and wider agricultural inputs to support customers effectively.
- Provide product information, pricing and availability details to customers.
- Support the remote sales team with order processing and administration.
- Assist the wider office team, including reception cover during busy periods and absences.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
