Based in Wednesbury (WS10), Bartholamew Lodge provides care and nursing support for older adults, including people living with dementia. What you'll be doing
As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our residents' daily lives by:
- Providing person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs and preferences
- Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
- Providing support during mealtimes
- Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health, wellbeing, or behaviour
- Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and overall wellbeing
