In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with our diverse range of customers, helping them discover and enjoy our high-quality products. As a vital member of our sales team, you will play an essential role in driving revenue and building lasting relationships with clients and identify potential opportunities for business within the European market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various communication channels. (Minimum 10 calls per day)

  • Research and understand the brewing market to tailor our outreach.

  • Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions.

  • Assist in the customer support as required for the sale of advanced products produced within the BH Group

  • Attend events as required to represent the company in a sales development and promotional role

  • Following up on sales enquiries from customers – Shared Ownership of Enquiries inbox

  • Ownership of Contract and spot orders (pricing/forwarding proforma invoice to the customer)

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

  • A passion for the Craft Beer industry and an eagerness to learn.
