Responsibilities
- Reporting to a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for production processes within a production shift.
- You will be part of a great Production team and work with a passion for our products and the business.
- A diverse role focusing on upskilling in our range of processes and operating our various machines and equipment to manufacture our products to the correct product specifications.
- You will be required to use your own initiative in support of our continuous improvement program and aim for perfection through our 5S program.
The Skills You'll Need
- You should have the capability to perform the role gained from working within a manufacturing arena, preferably in a pharmaceutical or food environment.
- You will have experience within lean environments and GMP surroundings.
- Have a good understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace, and possess a good level of communication, relationship, and inter-personal skills.
- Most importantly you should be a great team player who can multi-task and problem solve whilst working under pressure.
