This is a full-time on-site role located in Thirsk for a Telesales Account Manager. The Telesales Account Manager will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, generating leads, and converting potential customers into active members of the Bartercard network. Daily tasks include contacting potential clients via phone, presenting the benefits of Bartercard membership, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills, along with the ability to manage and grow a diverse client portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients effectively.
