We’re growing — and we’re looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic service team, supporting marine and land-based power systems across the UK and beyond. The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of marine and industrial engines and associated systems. You’ll be the face of the business onsite, delivering a professional, reliable service to our customers.
Typical Duties
- Planned and reactive maintenance on marine and land-based engines
- Mechanical diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs
- Engine overhauls, commissioning, and inspections
- Completing clear, accurate service reports and job documentation
- Liaising professionally with customers, supervisors, and the service team
- Working flexibly, including travel, occasional weekends, and out-of-hours support when required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Marine Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Field Service Engineer
- Marine experience highly desirable, but land-based power generation experience also welcomed
- Confident fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good communication skills and a professional onsite presence
- Full UK driving license
- Willingness to travel and adapt to customer needs
