Cato is the latest venture from Bart & Taylor and award-winning bartender, Mr Ungarnished. Named after Alexander Cato, the world’s first celebrity bartender, Cato brings the energy, diversity, and vibrancy of NYC to Covent Garden. Spanning three unique rooms, each designed to bring people together, our mission is to create unforgettable experiences over exceptional drinks and bold flavours.
We’re looking for talented Bartenders to join our opening team. You’ll be at the heart of delivering world-class cocktails, unforgettable hospitality, and helping shape a brand-new venue from day one.
What you’ll do:
- Craft and serve exceptional cocktails and beverages to our guests with consistency and flair.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality, making every guest feel welcome and valued.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels, ensuring smooth operations.
