About the role
CATO is a new kind of bar from Bart & Taylor – opening soon in Covent Garden. It’s vibrant, confident, and full of personality, with a kitchen that brings the same level of detail and care as the drinks. We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the opening team – someone hands-on, reliable, and passionate about quality.
You’ll be helping to prep and plate a menu built around snacks, fresh and fried oysters, comfort bar food bites, and signature sharing plates – simple, stylish, and served with precision.
