You will work directly with our Directors and leadership team across multiple modern private and mixed dental practices, playing a key role in shaping the future of our business. No two days are ever the same—and that's exactly how we like it!
What You'll Be Doing
- Working closely with our amazing management team
- Leading, motivating and developing our fantastic Head Nurses, nurses and Reception Teams.
- Keeping our practices running efficiently, profitably and consistently.
- Championing exceptional patient experiences and first-class customer service.
- Driving performance, improving systems and spotting opportunities to make us even better.
- Supporting recruitment, training and developing future leaders.
- Managing complaints professionally and turning feedback into improvement.
- Overseeing compliance and ensuring every practice is always inspection-ready.
- Supporting marketing, growth initiatives and new practice developments.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Brings management experience in dental or healthcare (minimum of 3 years)
- Is a natural leader who inspires, motivates and gets the very best from people.
- Is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Loves improving systems and driving results.
- Communicates confidently with both patients and teams.
- Is flexible, positive and happy travelling between practices.
- Has a full UK driving licence.
- Bonus points if you have: multi-site management experience, CQC knowledge, HR or recruitment experience, marketing skills, SOE or Dentally experience, or a dental nursing qualification.
