You'll work directly with our Directors and leadership team across multiple modern private and mixed dental practices, playing a key role in shaping the future of our business.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • You'll be the driving force behind operational excellence across our practices by:
  • Woking closely with our amazing management team
  • Leading, motivating and developing our fantastic Head Nurses, nurses and Reception Teams.
  • Keeping our practices running efficiently, profitably and consistently.
  • Championing exceptional patient experiences and first-class customer service.
  • Driving performance, improving systems and spotting opportunities to make us even better.
  • Supporting recruitment, training and developing future leaders.
  • Managing complaints professionally and turning feedback into improvement.
  • Overseeing compliance and ensuring every practice is always inspection-ready.
  • Supporting marketing, growth initiatives and new practice developments.

You’ll be someone who sees problems before they happen—and finds solutions before anyone else has.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

  • Brings management experience in dental or healthcare (minimum of 3 years)
  • Is a natural leader who inspires, motivates and gets the very best from people.
  • Is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Loves improving systems and driving results.
  • Communicates confidently with both patients and teams.
  • Is flexible, positive and happy travelling between practices.
  • Has a full UK driving licence.

Bonus points if you have: multi-site management experience, CQC knowledge, HR or recruitment experience, marketing skills, SOE or Dentally experience, or a dental nursing qualification.
