Job Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for both routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and equipment.

This includes diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and conducting preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

The role spans guest rooms, bar and kitchen facilities, and outdoor areas.

Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures is essential due to potential exposure to hazardous materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues quickly and safely, ensuring repairs meet safety and operational standards.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Follow preventative maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure facilities comply with safety regulations and that equipment poses no risk to team members or guests.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with equipment and systems, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to minimize operational disruptions during maintenance tasks.
  • Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests to prevent delays.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment manuals.
