Job Summary & Work Environment: As a Team Member Housekeeping, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and bathrooms to high standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies. The role is physically demanding, requiring you to be on your feet for long periods, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks. You will work in a supportive and collaborative team within a fast-paced and lively environment, where communication and teamwork are essential. Flexibility is important as the workload may vary based on guest check-ins and check-outs, but you will always contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for international guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Common Area Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain common areas like lobbies, hallways, kitchens, and lounges to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Supply Management: Restock guest amenities, towels, and toiletries as needed and ensure all supplies are well-organized.
- Laundry Duties: Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing clean linens and towels.
- Waste Disposal: Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly throughout the facility.
- Report Maintenance Issues: Identify and report maintenance issues or damages in rooms or common areas for prompt repairs.
- Guest Interaction: Provide friendly, professional service, responding to guest requests or concerns in a timely manner.
- Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to safety and health protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for both staff and guests.
- Time Management: Efficiently complete all tasks within scheduled hours while maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
