About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to support our New Product Development department. The ideal candidate will have experience within project management and product development, with a keen interest in the beauty industry. You’ll play a key role in supporting the NPD Executive, managing multiple projects, and ensuring all administrative aspects of product development run smoothly.
Key Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the NPD team in developing new and innovative products
- Assist in managing the critical path and project timelines
- Maintain and manage the new line form, ensuring all information is accurately submitted
- Coordinate samples—recording, tracking, and dispatching them in a timely manner
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis, presenting insights to the Head of NPD during weekly meetings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- Monitor product orders and proactively communicate any issues to the wider team
Key Requirements:
- A passion for the beauty industry
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, driven, and motivated approach
- Strong MS Office skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Degree in a relevant field, preferably in cosmetics or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
