Job Title: NPD Assistant Location: London/Hybrid Job Type: Full-time / Permanent Department: New Product Development (NPD) Reports To: NPD Executive About Us: Barry M Beauty is a leading player in the cosmetics industry, known for its innovation and commitment to creating high-quality colour cosmetics products. About the Role: Do you have a strong passion for developing industry-leading products? Come and join our NPD Team! We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to support our New Product Development department. The ideal candidate will have experience within project management and product development, with a keen interest in the beauty industry. You’ll play a key role in supporting the NPD Executive, managing multiple projects, and ensuring all administrative aspects of product development run smoothly. Key Duties: Provide administrative support to the NPD team in developing new and innovative products Assist in managing the critical path and project timelines Maintain and manage the new line form, ensuring all information is accurately submitted Coordinate samples—recording, tracking, and dispatching them in a timely manner Conduct competitor and trend analysis, presenting insights to the Head of NPD during weekly meetings Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners Monitor product orders and proactively communicate any issues to the wider team Key Requirements: A passion for the beauty industry Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, driven, and motivated approach Strong MS Office skills Previous experience in a similar role Degree in a relevant field, preferably in cosmetics or a related discipline.
