Our Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing sales for major accounts in the UK for our Vending and Beverages business unit. The role is expected to cultivate relationships, identify opportunities, and utilize account management skills. Position is home-based as travels to customers within the region are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall responsibility for the volume in UK
  • Own and collaborate on all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering
  • Develop accounts of various sizes and grow client relationships
  • Understand the competitive market, be familiar with competing companies and their product portfolio
  • Provide team with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to enhance their skills, motivation and performance
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing projects to increase efficiency, modernization and optimization
  • Budget control

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Ability and willingness to travel: role is based in Chester with travel to customers required
  • 5+ years of proven sales growth, preferably from the Food Industry or a HoReCa related environment
  • Business understanding
