Our Process Engineer will be responsible for improving existing technologies for producing chocolate and/or cocoa products for the Barry Callebaut group. Within this role, you will support manufacturing operations teams with building and maintaining process and people capabilities, implement projects and collaborate with the Global Process Excellence.
A background in the food or process industry is a strong advantage. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to leverage manufacturing data for insights and decision‑making. Technically skilled and comfortable collaborating with operations, engineering, and innovation teams, including hands‑on support on the shop floor.
