The Operator 2, Machine Liquid Receiving is responsible for receiving liquid and block loads as well as staging and re‑melting rework.

SHIFT HOURS: Wednesday 1:00pm - 7:15pm and Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7:00am - 7:15pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe all safety, sanitation, GMP and HACCP requirements
  • Perform the duties of an Operator 1, Receiving Liquid
  • Perform unloading of tankers and running of ovens
  • Re‑melting of product
  • Verify viscosity of finished product and adjust as needed
  • Operate equipment PLC's
  • Perform required paperwork for inbound loads
  • Perform Visco/QA checks and sampling
  • Staging and addition of rework material on the floor
  • Responsible to track and confirm material into SAP
  • Cross train to perform all functions of a Receiving Line Operator, Level 3

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Google Sheets, a plus
  • Math skills required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Basic computer usage (keyboard and mouse)
  • One (1) year food manufacturing experience, required
  • Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time
  • Bend, squat, stretch, reach; frequently
  • Ability to climb stairs, often
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs, often
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the facility
  • Noise level can exceed .85 decibels
