We are currently hiring for a driven and experienced CMI leader to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping consumer‑centric strategies. This role will focus on generating actionable insights to support business growth, working closely with cross‑functional teams to influence key decisions across marketing, innovation, and commercial functions. You will bring a strong understanding of consumers and markets, ensuring that insights are translated into impactful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Consumer & Market Insight (CMI) projects to support strategic decision‑making
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling recommendations for stakeholders
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Innovation teams to shape product, brand, and category strategies
- Design and manage quantitative and qualitative research initiatives
- Drive a consumer‑first mindset across the organization
- Influence senior stakeholders through strong storytelling and insight‑driven narratives
- Monitor market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure best‑in‑class research methodologies and continuous improvement of insight capabilities
