Role Overview
Barry Bros Security is expanding its architectural ironmongery and smart access control offering and is looking for an experienced, commercially minded professional to help drive growth across hospitality, healthcare, and commercial property sectors. Based from our central London showroom with a strong field-based element, this role combines technical ironmongery expertise, relationship-led sales, and project-focused commercial development.
You will work closely with architects, contractors, facilities managers, consultants, and property companies, supporting projects from early design discussions through to specification, quotation, and delivery. You will also contribute to the development of our smart and access-controlled door hardware range, including engagement with selected manufacturers and future exclusive arrangements. The role is architectural ironmongery–led and does not include alarm or CCTV sales.
