Major London Cut 300 per day | Central London | 12-18 Months
I am currently looking for an experienced PQS / Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Main Contractor on a major £40m+ cut with 18 months remaining on the project, working within a highly experienced commercial team.

What I’m Looking For:
You’ll need a strong commercial background with proven experience working on major cuts. You will have:
- Experience working on projects of £30m-£50m+
- Strong PQS / QS experience within a Main Contractor environment
- Experience managing commercial packages from procurement through to final account
- Strong understanding of variations, valuations, subcontract management and cost control
- Experience on complex refurbishment / cuts
