We’re working with a growing Design & Build main contractor delivering high-quality CAT A & CAT B fit out projects across London, and they’re looking to appoint an experienced Pre-Contracts Manager to join the team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced fit out environment and enjoys being heavily involved from early engagement through to tender submission.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full tender process
- Coordinating and managing design changes
- Handling RFIs and technical queries
- Working closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Supporting bid strategy and programme development
- Ensuring commercial and operational alignment throughout pre-construction
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong CAT A & CAT B fit out experience
