An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing and highly regarded Design & Build Contractor based in Essex. This is a genuinely varied role offering the chance to oversee projects from pre-construction through to delivery, working on schemes typically ranging from £1m–£5m across a diverse portfolio. The business is known for its collaborative, social culture and is looking for an ambitious, hands-on individual who enjoys being involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle.
The Role
- Managing projects from inception to completion
- Supporting and contributing during the pre-construction phase
- Coordinating design, commercial and site teams
- Client-facing role with regular stakeholder management
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
- Travelling to projects as required

- Proven experience delivering D&B construction projects
- Comfortable being an “all-rounder” and taking ownership
