I am currently working with a well-established client that has been operating successfully for over 35 years. With three key business divisions and an annual turnover of approximately 70 million, they are now looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to lead and oversee their construction division. This is a senior leadership opportunity within a highly regarded and sociable business that places a strong emphasis on client relationships, collaboration, and flexible working.

The Role

  • Taking responsibility for the commercial performance of the construction arm of the business.
  • Managing and developing commercial teams.
  • Overseeing approximately 30 million worth of business.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Working closely with senior leadership to drive commercial success and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Commercial Manager position within the construction sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience managing projects or portfolios valued at around 30 million.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to influence and drive performance.

Package

  • Salary: 100,000 - 120,000 depending on experience.
