We are currently looking to appoint a Technical & Warranty Administrator to join our Industrial Division and play a key role in supporting our technical and aftersales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming customer and internal enquiries efficiently.
- Administering workshop and field service job cards to completion.
- Coordinating field service diaries and technical workloads.
- Managing warranty administration and manufacturer claims.
- Raising and processing invoices for labour and parts.
- Maintaining accurate data across CRM and SharePoint.
- 3+ years in customer service or aftersales environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail regarding invoicing and data.
- Good academic qualifications (A-level or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
