Barr's Hill School is seeking an excellent Pastoral Leader to support the school's aims and work with the Leadership Team to ensure students make outstanding progress by removing barriers to learning.
You will provide first-line pastoral support to students, deliver achievement, attendance and behavioural support, and act as a strategic link between the school, agencies and parents/carers, modelling a positive, professional approach.
