Our client is looking for an established Service Engineer. This role will work with the wider engineering team on a variety of HVAC projects and will actively contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of equipment operation.
Key Responsibilities- Work independently across split/multi split systems, DX and CW FCUs
- Compile dilapidation reports
- Complete works on VRV and VRF condensers and CRAC units independently
- Carry out PPM visits and repair works
- Complete advanced fault finding
- Ensure accurate reports of work are on time and to a high standard
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies
- Develop understanding of Health and Safety regulations
- To commit to own personal development and attend training and/or development activities as required
- To work in accordance with relevant legislation
- To undertake any other duties as required, and as appropriate to the post
- Diploma in air conditioning and refrigeration or equivalent
- Category 1 F Gas qualification or equivalent
- Full driving licence
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both the engineering team and office team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail
- High level of self-motivation
- Ability to utilise manufacturers service software
- A sound understanding of data and how it is used
- Ability to work on other types of equipment such as chillers, AHUs and refrigeration is desirable
