An exciting opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking Corporate Finance team based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and ambitious individual to support the delivery of high-quality lead advisory services across a diverse client base.
Working closely with senior team members, you will play a key role in the origination and execution of M&A transactions, valuations and fundraising projects. You will gain exposure across the full deal lifecycle, supporting SMEs and entrepreneurial businesses across a wide range of sectors. This is a hands-on role offering excellent scope for professional development and long-term career progression.
A driven and proactive qualified accountant with a strong interest in corporate finance and deal advisory. You will ideally have experience within a corporate finance environment and be confident working in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
You will demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and financial modelling skills, along with excellent communication skills.
