The Role Key Responsibilities Manage and support the Treasury and Purchase Ledger , ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time Lead the ledgers , resolving day‑to‑day issues professionally and proactively Improve cash collection and drive customer payments faster Daily bank reconciliations and cash flow documentation Core cash flow reporting to Commercial Finance within deadlines Monthly balance sheet and formal bank reconciliations Processing supplier and managed service invoices in Sage End‑of‑day reporting and processing in Sage Direct Debit instructions and chargeback management Management of Purchase Order and Sales Invoice registers Conduct monthly 1‑2‑1 meetings and half‑yearly appraisals Improve the accounts payable cycle, including implementing electronic PO/invoice systems Support month‑end and year‑end financial and management reporting Essential Skills
