The predicted salary is between 20000 - 24000 £ per year.

Hours of work: Part-time (09:00–13:00, 4 days/week) initially, with potential to extend to 5 days during busy periods.Location: Norwich, UKPay: £25,000.00 – £30,000.00 Per YearReporting to: Directors

As we expand our operations, we are looking for a detail-driven Project Administrator to join team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with strong organisational skills who is eager to play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Submitting MCS & SEG paperwork
  • Tracking warranties, CRM notes & project milestones
  • Preparing project handover packs
  • Assisting with website updates & social media activity.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented administrator with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous background in administration or operations (ideally within construction, renewables, or engineering)
  • Detail-oriented and process-focused
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and online forms/portals.
