53127Posted: 24/08/2026London, United KingdomPermanentThe RoleWe are seeking a senior Health Economics & HTA professional to join a growing UK consulting team, working directly with life sciences clients on high-impact projects across health economics, evidence generation and market access.This is a senior, client-facing position combining project leadership, business development, technical expertise and team development.

You will work with senior stakeholders to shape evidence strategies, support HTA submissions and develop tailored solutions to complex market access challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesLead UK client relationships, proposals and business development activities.Develop new opportunities and contribute to commercial growth across HE/HTA services.Lead project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, timelines, budgets and client satisfaction.Provide strategic and technical input across UK HTA and health economics projects.Build, mentor and develop junior and senior team members.Deliver training and share expertise on evolving UK HTA requirements and methodologies.Represent the organisation at conferences, industry events and other external forums.Contribute to thought leadership, methodology development and collaborative research.Work cross-functionally to develop new solutions and expand service offerings.Desired ExperienceAdvanced degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics or a related discipline.10+ years' experience in health economics and UK HTA, including study design and delivery.Strong understanding of UK HTA processes, health economic modelling and evidence requirements.Proven experience leading teams, managing senior stakeholders and driving business initiatives.Strong commercial and consulting capabilities, including proposals, negotiations, contracting and scope management.Established network across the UK life sciences, academic and/or HTA community.Experience within consulting, CRO or life sciences environments.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, commercially relevant recommendations. xsabvtc Experience with AI/ML would be advantageous.
