What You’ll Do:

Engage in a comprehensive academy program designed to equip you with the skills and expertise needed to thrive in recruitment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates within the life sciences sector.
Source, evaluate, and interview candidates to match the right talent with the best opportunities.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
Achieve individual and team goals by placing candidates in impactful healthcare roles.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends to offer valuable insights and advice to clients.
Utilise networks, tools, and industry events to identify and attract top-tier talent.
